Becca Allen Counseling, PLLC is private pay, and does not accept insurance. If a client would like to submit a superbill for the potential of insurance reimbursement they may do so with the documents provided on the online portal.
Due to COVID-19 - all services are offered via telehealth through HIPPA compliant Zoom.

Online RO DBT Skills Class
This class is designed to teach all 30 of the RO DBT skills in a class setting. This class is taught by an intensively trained RO DBT clinician. This is a 30 week course that meets weekly for 1.5 hours. Enrollment is open and continuous at all times. A skills manual will be required for all class members.

Support Groups for Pregnant and/or Postpartum Women
This skills group has been designed as a 6 course to help moms learn to cope effectively with this new phase of life. Skills will be taught to help address anxiety and depression along with the many emotions that are common during this time. Other topics that will be addressed will be body image, nutrition, sleep, asserting needs and navigating the adjustment into motherhood. This skills group is a closed group meaning all clients will need to start on week one and new clients will not be accepted until the next round begins.
