Frequently Asked Questions

Does Becca Allen Counseling take insurance?

At Becca Allen Counseling, I choose not to work directly with insurance companies because of the limitations they can place on your care. Insurance often dictates the type, length, and frequency of treatment—decisions that should be made collaboratively between you and your therapist, not by a third party.

By remaining out-of-network, I’m able to offer personalized, evidence-based care that is guided by your needs—not an insurance company’s timeline. This allows us to focus fully on what’s best for your healing and growth.

Do you offer telehealth services?

Yes! Telehealth services are offered via zoom. To be Eligible for telehealth Services one must be Physically located in the states of Texas, South Carolina, Georgia, or Massachusetts.
